Figs and dates provide a good dose of natural fibre for a sluggish digestive system or a diet with an inadequate fibre intake. This product also contains apricots, peaches, pears and flaxmeal for a more pleasant taste.

INGREDIENTS

Each 10 grams contains: Senna Leaf Powder - 800mg Dates, Figs, Apricots, Peaches, Pears, Sucrose and Glucose.

DOSAGE

Adults: Take ONE to TWO TEASPOONS (Adjusted to needs) ONCE DAILY at NIGHT. Do NOT exceed 10 grams DAILY. Children: Take HALF to ONE TEASPOON (Adjusted to needs) ONCE DAILY at NIGHT. Do NOT exceed 5 grams DAILY.
